俄車隊擅入烏克蘭 美烏歐盟同聲譴責

俄羅斯未獲烏克蘭政府的同意，派出運載人道物資的車隊，越境進入烏克蘭東部，局勢進一步緊張。美國國防部22日對俄羅斯提出強烈的譴責。

美國國防部新聞秘書柯比說，俄羅斯不應該派軍隊、人員或貨物進入烏克蘭，不論以人道救援或任何其他名目，都必須得到烏克蘭允許，俄羅斯違反烏克蘭的主權和領土完整。

烏克蘭總統波洛申科指責俄羅斯公然違反國際法，呼籲莫斯科當局讓情勢返回國際法的基礎。而歐盟同樣也譴責俄羅斯在沒有取得烏克蘭同意或國際觀察員的陪同下，派車隊到烏克蘭東部，明顯侵犯了烏克蘭主權。
