【時報-台北電】南韓現代研究院周日發表研究報告指出，伊拉克危機若急遽惡化，將使油價激漲及推升通膨，將殃及南韓經濟成長。另日經新聞報導，南韓央行為因應成長減緩及韓元強勢，在本周貨幣政策會議中降息的機率已大增。

南韓經濟面臨國內消費不振的內憂，這份報告又升高其受地緣政治外患衝擊的疑慮。

南韓「韓國先驅報」引述現代研究院的報告報導，若伊拉克判亂情勢升高至2008年時伊朗威脅封閉荷姆茲海峽的那種程度，預期油價接下來半年內將激漲約30％，將帶動南韓通膨率升高0.42個百分點。

該報告推論，上述情況將使南韓今年國內生產毛額（GDP）成長率流失達0.08個百分點。

若伊拉克情勢演變成區域性危機，則油價在3個月內將上漲約10％，使南韓通膨增溫0.14個百分點，則南韓今年GDP成長率將折損0.03個百分點。

報告中說：「預期船難事件的衝擊將延續到今年下半，政府應備妥措施，穩定石油供應及刺激經濟成長，以防伊拉克危機惡化。」（新聞來源：工商時報─記者李鐏龍／綜合外電報導）
