谷歌將砸75億 杜絕非法藥商

（法新社舊金山8日電） 法庭文件今天顯示，搜尋網站龍頭谷歌（Google）在法庭上達成和解，未來5年將花費至少2.5億美元（約合新台幣75億元），協助打擊銷售藥品給美國消費者的線上非法藥商。

股東指控，谷歌沒有採取適當措施避免海外線上藥商在廣告網絡打廣告，谷歌承諾砸錢打擊網路非法藥局。

這起官司始於2011年，當時谷歌刊登加拿大線上藥品店廣告，當這家藥店向美國民眾行銷藥物時，即違反美國法律，谷歌最終以5億美元，與美國政府和解。

今天的文件則顯示，谷歌在加州聯邦法院同意未來5年中，每年至少支付5000萬美元，致力「產品品管、政策執行和使用者安全倡議」，避免這類廣告出現。（譯者：中央社張詠晴）
