FOMC決議符合預期 月線為禦市關鍵

聯準會今（31）日凌晨再度宣布縮減購債規模100億美元，來到每月250億美元，符合市場預期，並且強調失業率持續下降，通膨率正朝目標邁進，均使聯準會對經濟看法趨於樂觀，聯準會將保持寬鬆，不急於升息。由於FOMC利率決策會議的結果，市場傾向中性解讀，所以昨日美股除費城半導體跌深反彈外，其餘三大指數皆為平盤附近作收。

日盛投顧指出，從台股的走勢來看，昨日收在9,447點，突破5日線壓力，指數連續三天在月線下整理；從型態來看，倒底9,593點以來的短期修正，是a-b-c修正，還是三角整理，當視未來兩天指數能否站回月線而定，若站回月線，則三角整理的機會大，8月上旬就將挑戰9,593點的高點壓力，而站不回月線，則a-b-c修正的機會大，指數恐將再向下修正；指標方面，日KD在7月25日再次死亡交叉後，昨日K、D開口持續收斂，今日有機會出現黃金交叉，短線整理有機會結束。
