史上第一次！任天堂傳在歐洲大規模裁員

日經新聞9日報導，日本電玩大廠任天堂（Nintendo）計畫於今年8月底前將負責統籌歐洲市場業務的德國子公司「歐洲任天堂」員工人數裁撤 1 成（裁員 130 人），此將為任天堂首度以成本合理化為由、進行大規模裁員措施。 


報導指出，對任天堂來說，歐洲市場為繼美國、日本市場之後的第 3 大市場，而任天堂期望藉由上述大規模裁員措施，儘早改善歐洲事業的獲利。 


據報導，歐洲任天堂自 1990 年設立以來就持續負責自家遊戲機及遊戲軟體的物流業務，而進行上述裁員措施後，歐洲任天堂也會將遊戲產品的物流業務委外進行。 


任天堂上年度（2013 年 4 月- 2014 年 3 月）合併營收年減 10% 至 5,717 億日圓，合併營損額自前一年度（2012 年度）的 364 億日圓惡化至 464 億日圓、為連續第 3 年陷入虧損；惟因多款 3DS 平台遊戲軟體將陸續開賣、加上 Wii U 銷售量可望優於上年度水準，故任天堂預估今年度（2014 年 4 月 2015 年 3 月）合併營益將為 400 億日圓。任天堂預估今年度 Wii U 銷售量將年增 32% 至 360 萬台。
