酒駕不服臨檢　衝撞攔檢又襲警

遇上惡駕駛！新北市1名31歲鄭姓男子酒後駕車，上月27日深夜11時許，駕車行經台62線路口臨檢時，竟衝撞臨檢點後逃逸，警方接獲線報在雙溪地區圍捕該車輛，1名張姓警員上前示意要鄭男停車，對方再度駕車逃跑，被趕到支援警力攔下，竟襲警猛踹張姓警員腹部，最後才被壓制逮捕。日前全案審理終結，依妨害公務罪起訴鄭男。（陳偉周／基隆報導）
