49歲趙姓婦人疑罹患躁鬱症，加上帶孫來日夜操累，6日下午2時許在新北市住處將11個月的孫女雙腕割傷，傷勢深可見骨、韌帶近乎斷裂，趙婦殺孫後欲自殘、咬舌自盡了斷，幸家人發現得快，2人送醫後已無生命危險。
 
去年8月出生的羅姓女嬰，備受家人寵愛，平時由趙婦負責照顧，疑因帶孫日夜作息不正常，罹患躁鬱症，但日前赴精神科門診就醫時，醫生認為病症不嚴重，未開出處方，未料趙婦壓力日漸加重。
 
趙婦頻向家人要求，盼女嬰母親可辭職帶小孩，3個月前，女嬰母親辭職，昨日中午家族聚餐，氣氛還十分和平。下午2時許，趙婦向家人說「帶孫女到樓上走走」，便逕自帶著她從1樓大廳往4樓頂樓曬衣間上去，豈料沒多久就發生憾事。
