林佳龍訪日 會自民黨幹部

台中市長參選人林佳龍六月卅日前往日本自民黨黨部，與副幹事長荻生田光一等四位自民黨幹部會談，林佳龍會後請荻生田轉交一封信給自民黨黨魁安倍晉三，期待日本政府協助台灣加入跨太平洋夥伴協議（ＴＰＰ）及擴大和亞太國家的安全與經貿合作。

在自民黨黨部與林佳龍會談的除了荻生田，還有青年局長松本洋平、眾議員秋元司、參議員山本順三，會談內容橫跨台日關係與兩國內部政情發展。針對故宮文物來日本展覽衍生的「國立風波」，松本洋平說明日方立場，並對日本疏失造成的困擾表達歉意。

林佳龍說，所幸事後的溝通及日方的努力，已經讓台日雙方人民都能夠接受，未來台日不論是政府或民間，都還有很大的空間可推動文化交流，並特別感謝日本在二○一一年通過「海外藝術品等公開促進法」。日方對台灣年底的地方選舉及二○一六年可能的政情變化相當關心，荻生田表示，自民黨將積極推動制定日本的「台灣關係法」。
