自動化技職產學聯盟簽約成立

（中央社記者張榮祥台南2014年7月1日電）群創光電和4 所科技大學今天簽約組成自動化技職產學聯盟，以培育南台灣自動化研發人才為目標。

這項簽署儀式在南台科大舉行，在經濟部次長沈榮津、台南市長賴清德、南科管理局長陳俊偉、群創光電董事長段行建等人的見證下，由群創光電總經理王志超和南台科大校長戴謙、高雄第一科大校長陳振遠、崑山科大校長蘇炎坤、遠東科大校長王元仁簽約。

群創光電、Epson 和南台科大共同建構的「自動化人才培育中心」，也在南台科大揭牌，內有4套Epson捐贈的自動化機械手臂。

段行建說，群創光電不僅和技職大學簽約，也和台灣大學、成功大學正在談合作加入。

群創光電表示，自動化技職產學聯盟將以培育南台灣自動化研發人才為目標，啟動產學訓三面向的自動化技職聯盟產學合作，達成產學無縫接軌，學習即實習，畢業即就業。

群創光電希望未來中國大陸自動化人才培養，也能複製此產學合作模式，有效促進兩岸自動化人才交流。
