《國際政治》烏克蘭總統，單方宣佈結束停火協議

【時報-台北電】烏克蘭總統波羅申科單方宣布，結束在烏克蘭東部的停火協議。波羅申科說，「我們將發動攻擊；我們將解放我們的土地。」。

波羅申科表示，由於親俄羅斯武裝分子的犯罪活動，「和平已失去機會」。

烏克蘭當局和分裂組織之間搖搖欲墜的停火協議在30日晚間到期。雙方都指責對方違反停戰約定。傳訊社報導親俄羅斯民兵指稱，烏克蘭部隊已對烏東克拉馬托爾斯克市恢復炮擊。

法國總統奧朗德辦公室於30日中午才表示，烏克蘭和俄羅斯已同意致力烏東停火。（新聞來源：中時即時 江靜玲、楊明暐）
