借用原PO的文章問一下 自己本身也是鳳山廠的會員 當初因為想說開始上班後 雖然很忙 但也該好好運動減肥一下 但是對於重訓完全沒有經驗 而且本身惰性實在太高 所以也只有去過幾次飛輪課 想想這樣下去 實在不行 碰巧在高雄版還有鳳山版 不時會看到滿多版友也都是鳳山廠會員 想說會不會也有人跟我一樣 身邊沒啥朋友可以一起去運動的 所以想說 借這個版 創個LINE群 大家可以一起約時間運動 互相鼓勵打氣 讓運動可以持之以恆 也希望可以徵招到一些有經驗的前輩 給一些新手指導之類的 如果有版友有興趣的 可以先站內信給我 我先統計看看人數 是否開得成 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 61.227.197.41 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Kaohsiung/M.1404209421.A.764.html
