視障生獲總統教育獎 「市長爸」先表揚

〔自由時報記者張菁雅／台中報導〕惠明盲校國二學生李家敏今年獲總統教育獎，七月四日將到總統府接受表揚，李家敏邀請「市長爸爸」胡志強北上觀禮，胡志強因公務繁忙無法前往，卅日在市政會議先行表揚，肯定她克服多重障礙，展現音樂長才。

多障李家敏 音樂領域展長才

李家敏出生即有視覺、語言、智能等多重障礙，自幼遭棄養，被安置於仁愛之家，在惠明盲校國小三年級就讀期間，老師發現她的音樂天分，規劃相關課程，讓她得以發揮才能，並多次在音樂賽事中嶄露頭角，今年更獲得總統教育獎。

胡志強表示，李家敏自幼無依，由市長擔任監護人，因此他當了十幾年的爸爸，當年八歲的小朋友，如今已經十九歲，在惠明盲校表演時總是擔綱要角，看到李家敏的成長與才藝，令人感動。

李家敏得知自己獲獎後，寫信邀請「市長爸爸」四日北上觀禮，但胡志強因公務無法前往。從小罹患腦性麻痺的市政顧問黃乃輝正好是總統教育獎評審委員，他建議胡志強在台中先行表揚，肯定李家敏的表現。胡志強昨天除了頒獎，也送李家敏一份禮物，鼓勵她再接再厲。
