財長：公公併本周及下周報告

財政部長張盛和今天傍晚表示，兆豐金、第一金推動公公併的評估報告，會在本周及下周提出。

張盛和表示，聽完兩家報告後，如果評估結果認為有綜效，要推動合併的話，也會先向上級長官報告，對外不會公開，因合併案必須秘密進行，這些都是上市公司，不能影響股市。

至於外資會否來投資、參與公公併？張盛和表示，這應該是兩件事。
