標題[問題] 車禍賠償問題

差不多一年多前有發生一次車禍 但當初還是新手上路 所以沒有太多經驗 也不太會處理 車禍只有車損的部分 以為等初判表下來再處理會比較好 所以當下就放著沒處理 後來我方完全無責 想找對方時 電話已經停用 所以只好自己用保險來修理 (乙式出險沒報案) 想請問說 過這麼久還有辦法找對方理賠嗎 因為想到覺得對方有點過分 跟肇事逃逸有甚麼兩樣 有時效性嗎 這樣是賠當時保險公司 還是我方呢 如果依舊找不到對方 有甚麼辦法 謝謝各位解答 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 140.124.35.117 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/car/M.1403609935.A.BAB.html
