下榻福容 維安考量

國台辦主任張志軍將下榻海協會前會長陳雲林前年住過的淡水福容大飯店，麗寶機構總經理陳志鴻說，此次貴賓選擇入住福容大飯店主要考量維安問題，不是因為董事長吳寶田的政商關係，另外飯店在淡水地區的代表性和區域位置也是其考量的重要原因之一，才會選擇入住。

據了解，大陸官員來台選擇住宿的飯店具有指標性，不僅該飯店在大陸知名度因此大增，未來陸客更可能指定住宿福容飯店，對福容飯店是免費的廣告行銷。

陳志鴻說，過去集團與張志軍的接觸多在公開場合，如去年的台北上海城市論壇，張志軍有聆聽台灣松山機場的改造計畫，而台商在上海近期大規模投資案就屬麗寶機構在上海超過新台幣150億元的「大虹橋商務區」投資計畫，因此有對此跟張做簡報介紹。

陳志鴻指出，張志軍此次入住淡水福容大飯店，不是因為董事長吳寶田的政商關係，而是考量其維安，以及飯店在淡水地區有舉足輕重的代表性，加上福容大飯店位置極佳，擁有270度可以遠挑觀音山和淡水夕陽的套房，台灣的好山好水盡入眼簾，這個也是張志軍入住淡水福容大飯店的重要原因之一。
