減少紙張做環保 95歲嬤改看電子書

〔自由時報記者劉曉欣／彰化報導〕彰化縣九十五歲阿嬤黃蔡寬，四年前開始樂學平板電腦看電子書。她說，接觸電子書是做環保救地球。

黃蔡寬民國八年生，在日治時代完成小學教育，成為受教育的新女性，三十四歲通過國家考試，就到員林鎮衛生所擔任助產士，不料夫婿卻在同年就離開人間，靠著她一肩扛起家計，把四個小孩拉拔長大，一直工作到六十歲退休。

七十歲時，她參訪花蓮縣慈濟靜思堂，開始茹素，同時成為環保志工，現在兒女怕她太累，購買電動車給她代步，她照樣騎電動車做運動，隨手就做資源回收。

很多人看到黃蔡寬在用平板電腦看電子書，都說阿嬤好時髦。黃蔡寬說，因為她是環保志工，當然要響應「減少紙張使用」的減碳理念，看平板電腦好方便，可以看到好多本電子書，一看再看樂無窮。她笑說，人要知足、感恩、善解、包容，就會越活越快樂。
