Echo被友人爆料和李千娜約會曝光後，傳「分手簡訊」甩了她，為３個月短命戀情畫下句點，網友痛批他「沒擔當」、「壞男人」，他24日在安徽衛視錄影，心情低落，經紀人林志遠代為回應：「他們兩個就是互相欣賞、喜歡對方的好朋友，到目前為止還是這個關係。」言下之意，兩人仍是「進行式」，力撇「分手簡訊」。

林志遠說，爆料非事實，再有不實報導，將對爆料者保留法律追訴權，「如果認為Echo是沒有種的人請拿出證據，不要在背後惡意爆料陷害，認為Echo沒有擔當的話，也請女方當事人自己出來說。」他認為兩人交友，不了解狀況的人不宜多言。

李千娜經紀人昨也否認簡訊分手，「不知這從哪來的消息？他們就是有共同嗜好、喜歡音樂的好朋友。」關係還是一樣。
