開槍拒捕累犯遭逮　移送前昏倒送醫

淡水分局循線掌握一名29歲陳姓通緝犯，昨天下午4時許，在其三芝住處埋伏，豈料陳嫌發現後開槍拒捕，所幸「卡彈」未造成傷亡，警方衝上前壓制後被帶往警局偵訊，豈知今天下午2時許，嫌犯在移送前，和一起落網的妹妹突然昏倒在地，目前陳嫌在警方戒護下送醫觀察。

據了解，這已不是陳嫌第一次開槍拒捕，去年初，陳嫌欲突破警方圍捕行動，從門縫中朝一名陳姓偵查佐開槍，子彈從陳姓偵查佐飛過，險象環生所幸未造成傷亡。之後嫌犯又在隔年六月，犯下多起竊盜遭逮，甚至在去年八月，陳嫌不滿檢方羈押，竟當庭掏槍瞄準檢察官。目前陳嫌在醫院觀察治療，等到醫生評估狀況許可，將面臨違反槍砲彈藥管制條例的罪嫌移送法辦。（石永軒／新北報導）
