惠譽調降瓜地馬拉評等為BB

（中央社瓜地馬拉市23日綜合報導）惠譽國際信用評等公司（Fitch Ratings）已將瓜地馬拉風險評等自「BB+」調降1級至「BB」，並預測這種情勢將維持穩定。

根據瓜地馬拉公共財政部發表的一份聲明，惠譽在發布這項評等決定時表示，到目前為止，沒有觀察到瓜地馬拉「有足夠的成長力度來支撐高成長率的經濟」。

惠譽的報告同時指出，瓜地馬拉政府無法增加他們的稅收以及強化稅制。

公共財政部對本地媒體表示，他們尊重惠譽的評等，但強調瓜地馬拉過去3年的年經濟成長率平均都在3.6%，今年（2014）也預估在3.3到3.9%之間。

聲明也提到，瓜地馬拉政府一向以謹慎態度處理稅政，瓜國的財政赤字從2010年占國家總預算的3.3%降到2013年的2.1%，就是明證。

惠譽的報告也指出，瓜地馬拉離基本評等「BBB」還有段距離，仍不是適合投資的國家。1030624
