【時報-外電報導】雖然美國6月消費者信心及5月新屋銷售成長幅度雙雙報喜，皆超乎預期，證明美國經濟已重拾動能，早盤一度帶動市場樂觀情緒，但對伊拉克緊繃局勢及衝突恐升溫的隱憂，促使投資人選擇獲利了結，美國股市周二全數收黑。

道瓊指數周二收盤下跌0.7％，收於16818.13點，創下5月20日以來最大單日跌幅，盤中曾一度上漲32.44點。標普500指數收盤下跌0.6％，收於1949.98點，盤中一度觸及1968.17點新高。那斯達克指數收盤下跌0.4％，收於4350.36點。

能源和工業類股成為今日最弱勢族群，較為抗跌的公用事業和醫療類股則上漲。各證交所周二交易量約56.9億股，略高於6月迄今平均的56.1億股，紐約證交所上漲及下跌個股家數比為1130：1920。
