四分溪養好筍 南港綠筍嘉年華

（中央社記者顧荃台北2014年6月22日電）台北市環保局說，南港四分溪封溪護魚4年來養出好水質，也種出好竹筍，今天舉辦綠竹筍嘉年華，體驗挖筍並進行竹筍料理教學。

環保局表示，南港四分溪是台北市第一條「封溪護魚」的河川，今年邁入第4年。在市政府與當地居民社區團體的共同努力下，該項政策已使四分溪恢復了昔日的旺盛生命力，魚蝦成群，包括溪哥、紅貓、一枝花等需水質極佳才能生存的魚類紛紛現身，成為一條生態豐富的清澈溪流。

環保局說，在四分溪乾淨的溪水栽培下，也孕育出南港當地最出名的綠竹筍，鮮嫩欲滴，口感特佳，不論是涼拌、煮粥都很適合。

因此環保局與南港區久如社區發展協會合作，今天舉辦「2014南港綠竹筍嘉年華」活動，上午9時30分至12時30分在研究院路四段麗山公園舉行。

活動現場請來筍農至現場教民眾體驗挖竹筍，並進行「綠竹筍教室」，教民眾各種竹筍的小知識及如何挑選品質佳的竹筍。並邀請中華科技大學餐飲系同學製作綠竹筍創意料理，例如加上蟹肉和起司的焗烤白玉筍，供民眾免費品嘗。
