★店　　名：森茂碗粿 ★地　　址：台南市中西區民族路2段228號 ★電　　話：06-2225575 ★營業時間：7:00~21:00 ★公 休 日：不定 好讀圖文版：http://lifesofun.com/?p=23 在離開復興老兵文化園區 ( http://goo.gl/RmxPaE )後，因為真的太熱了，下一個行程是赤坎樓，而因為接近中午了，所以同事先帶我們去吃旁邊的森茂碗粿，碗粿一直是很多人小時候的美好回憶，但要做到讓人回味無窮，是有困難度的，而森茂碗粿是我們這次台南行最回味的道地小吃了。而最著名的富盛號碗粿因為這次剛好沒吃到，只能等下次來吃嘍！每次旅行留下一些小遺憾，下次才有機會再來啊！ 森茂碗粿的餐桌椅是用以前國小的雙人課桌椅拼出來的，現在的課桌椅好像都是單人的了，上面還有立可白塗鴉！好懷念那時的日子啊！ 我們點了招牌的虱目魚丸湯跟碗粿 虱目魚丸湯很清很鮮，口味很清淡，建議可以先喝一口原味，之後可以再上桌上的蒜泥，體驗一下不同的口感。 森茂的招牌碗粿上桌，上面淋滿滿滿的古早味醬汁，裡面有蛋黃、醃過的肉，還有加上油蔥跟蝦米提味，真的是很傳統的古早味。 有以前古早的唱盤呢！ 走到一樓時，看到一碗碗還沒淋上醬汁的碗粿，真的好想再吃一碗喔！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 36.229.176.163 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tainan/M.1403340465.A.81C.html
