標題[問題] 想辦全能平版但沒有卡 QQ

小弟目前手機非智慧型 平常少講電話 中華電信183費率很少超過 看到全能平版升4G感覺很符合需求想去辦 但目前卡在幾個問題 1.手上沒有信用卡也沒金融卡 有板友說只要那五家銀行的visa金融卡即可 所以我趕快去開個戶辦個卡去刷即可？ 刷金融卡有需要額外跟中華店門市小姐講什麼嗎？ 2.刷卡的金額會是多少？ 以後每個月繳費即是用這個帳戶扣款？ 這關係到要在帳戶裡存多少錢 3.辦卡要幾個工作天 可能會在月底拿到卡 想知道如果我6/30去辦全能平版 聽說2天才開通4G 這樣我六月的帳單會是原先的183還是變成新辦的636？ 以上幾個問題小弟爬了文後還是不太瞭解 希望█版友能熱心幫回答 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 1.161.104.104 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/MobileComm/M.1403343417.A.1D3.html
