基隆官員交保候傳 不願談施壓

基隆市府官員在核發建築使用執照、拆除違建時，疑遭市議會議長施壓。今天凌晨被諭令交保時，不發一語，低調離開地檢署。

基隆地檢署偵查基隆市府官員疑涉及貪瀆弊案，昨天兵分多路搜索市府與議長黃景泰辦公室，帶走5名官員與市議會議長黃景泰、一名總務、一名甲山林機構經理，釐清案情。

檢察官漏夜複訊後，今天清晨6時，諭令市府都發處建管科長粘姓科長、與甲山林機構簡姓經理等5人，以新台幣10萬元至3萬元不等，交保候傳。黃景泰等3人仍在偵訊中。

粘男等多人，在妻子與家人的陪同下，低調快速離開地檢署，面對記者追問是否受到議長黃景泰施壓，大家都不願意多談。

基隆市議會議長黃景泰涉嫌為「真愛城堡花園」建案向市府關說，無須提交水土保持計畫，就開發山坡地。檢方與廉政署昨搜索辦公室後，陸續帶回黃景泰等8人，漏夜偵辦。
