不敵94歲嬤嘮叨放人 綁匪擄人勒贖起訴

男子曾文昆積欠地下錢莊200萬元無力還債，動起擄人勒贖的歪腦筋，在林口豪宅區綁架94歲周姓老阿嬤，但他不敵老阿嬤的碎念功，3小時後趕忙「丟包」。新北地檢署18日依擄人勒贖等罪將曾嫌起訴。

曾文昆在4月18日一早，把剛走出家門的周姓老阿嬤強擄上車，打算向阿嬤的家屬勒索700萬元。

老阿嬤先使出了「拖」字訣，故意兩度報錯電話，挫挫曾男的銳氣；之後她的嘴巴也沒閒著，持續碎碎唸。「你不要做傻事，這樣會關很久」、「年輕人好手好腳，不一定要走這條路」，一路叨唸讓曾男抓狂到亮槍恐嚇。

老阿嬤不害怕，反倒加碼狂唸曾某，「你真可惡ㄋㄟ！聽我苦勸幾句，你緊甲放我返去…」，之後又開始裝病，不時喊著手痛、腰痛、筋骨痠痛，曾男只好停在桃園蘆竹一處藥局，掏出身上僅有的錢購買100元的止痛藥，阿嬤才說出正確電話號碼。

曾男打電話向阿嬤家屬勒索，反挨家屬一頓刮：「這麼老的人你也要綁，你最好把人照顧好！」而且拒付贖款；曾文昆眼見勒索不成表示願意「借錢」再「分期付款」，還被怒掛電話。

曾文昆發現綁到的阿嬤高齡94歲，叫苦不迭，又因判斷拿不到錢，於是趁著載老阿嬤去加油站上廁所時，匆匆落跑。後經警方循線逮獲。
