高市28例登革熱 疫情恐升高

高市入夏本土登革熱確診個案達28例，其中，15例更集中在近1週，增加幅度及病例數皆為近年來新高，今年又逢4年1次大流行週期，衛生局發出警訊，登革出血熱發生率及死亡率恐創新高，呼籲市民提高警覺。

衛生局表示，至6月15日止，5、6月確診病例激增至28例。高雄地區4種型別登革病毒皆曾流行，如果發生大規模流行恐因不同型病毒交叉感染，登革出血熱發生率及死亡率會上升。

民國98至102年間共有68例登革出血熱，其中13例不幸死亡，死亡率達19％，衛生局呼籲市民不要輕忽，尤其是中高年齡層、具高血壓、糖尿病等慢性病病史者應特別注意。

衛生局研究疫情持續爆發區域，發現疫情一直未能壓制中斷原因是社區的防火巷、騎樓、陽台、頂樓及地下室等室內外空間有大量積水容器。

以前鎮區德昌里疫情為例，在病例住家陽台發現10個積水容器，內有孳生登革熱病媒蚊。市民疏忽結果導致病媒蚊持續傳播登革熱。

衛生局也籲請市民若出現疑似登革熱症狀，應主動向通報並接受採血檢驗，檢驗確定為陽性的個案會發給2500元獎勵金。另外，也要求醫師提高警覺，發現疑似個案就立即通報。
