台中一名李姓男子不滿林女隱瞞已婚身分與她交往4個月，直到102年4月間，林女坦承已是人妻要求分手，不料李男不甘，一再騷擾林女，還與林夫談判要求林女做個選擇，雙方因此發生爭吵。去年4月間，李男再度前往林夫經營的公司，林夫憤而持伸縮鐵棍打爆李男左眼造成失明，台中地院今判林夫要賠償李男330萬元。
 
刑事部分，林夫因重傷害罪，一審被判刑3年2月，李男(36歲)另提民事訴訟求償精神慰撫金264萬餘元和勞動力減損等共585萬元，林夫辯稱，李男與妻子通姦，還頻繁騷擾妻子，甚至揚言公開醜聞、侵門踏戶到他的公司，他一時激動才會打傷李男，李男雖左眼受損，但行動自如，並無大礙，願賠償290萬。
 
法院指出，林夫看見李男開車到公司，為防止李男將此事鬧大，持伸縮鐵棍從副駕駛座的車窗往內揮打，李男下車，林夫再朝其頭部揮打，造成李男受傷，考量李男與林妻發生婚外情，林夫為免家醜外揚，而情緒失控傷人，判給李男70萬元精神慰撫金及258萬餘元的勞動力減損等合計為330萬餘元。(許淑惠／台中報導)
