稱「深海魚怪」遭前男友提告　黑澀會美眉薔薔被判不起訴

前黑澀會美眉的成員之一薔薔，與前男友官司不斷，薔薔前年7月因在臉書貼文表示：「我卻因深海魚怪的糾纏變現行犯」，遭鄭姓前男友控告妨害名譽，士林地檢署16日認為罪證不足，因此不起訴薔薔。

薔薔先前曾因潛入前男友家中刪除私密照雖判無罪，又被前男友爆出涉吸毒案件，家人曾說薔薔「很乖，不會去吸毒」，2人分手後不斷互告對方。

前年7月時，薔薔收到法院傳票，心情不佳，在自己的臉書貼文：「我卻因深海魚怪的糾纏變現行犯，情人節隔天還要出人生第一場刑事庭。」

被前男友看到，因此提起妨害名譽告訴，士林地檢署認為，薔薔的貼文是前年7月發表，而鄭男去年10月才提告，已過了6個月告訴期，因此不起訴薔薔。
