台塑買八大 本周重新送件

為解決黨政軍條款卡關，台塑集團收購八大電視案將繞道重來，據了解，台塑將借鏡凱擘交易案，以私人公司方式收購八大電視，與八大電視大股東殷拓重新簽約，本周將重新送件給經濟部投審會。

日前台塑集團送件申請擬由旗下台塑開發收購八大電視持股，但因台塑開發大股東包含台塑四寶，均有官股持股，遭遇法規限制。台塑集團主管昨（16）日表示，此案變得有些複雜，要看這二、三天的發展情況後再說。

八大電視總經理林柏川表示，尊重現有法規的相關規定。

廣電三法規定黨政軍不可以持有包含有線電視、頻道業者等媒體，雖然台塑開發的大股東來自官股持股股權累計僅約1.26%，且無實質掌控權，但法規未放寬前，黨政軍一股都不可以持有媒體，且追溯上層所有股東。
