三陽遭全額交割跌停鎖2萬張待賣

三陽工業 (2206)為防制非股東人士強行進入會場，今年將股東會場進行裝修改裝並更改動線，但因未符合建築等法規，也未配合證交所等單位配合勘查及召開重大訊息時未提供改善具體資料，遭證交所自明天 (6月17日)起改列全額交割股，今日上午股價也重挫跌停，並爆出2萬餘張大單等著掛出。

三陽今日上午緊急輸入股市觀測站解釋，裝修工程取得主管機關即台北市政府都市發展局之核可。就消防措施部份，亦已依台北市政府消防局之指示，進行改善，故與會股東之安全保障確屬無虞。且裝修是為了保障股東報到動線，基於與會股東之最大權益出發所為之設置。

三陽車表示，有鑑去年股東常會召開當日，發生股東報到及進入會場動線不佳，且有非股東人士欲強行進入會場，並對會場工作人員施以言語暴力及肢體威脅的情形，致生其他與會股東報到困難，因此今年特於股東常會會場進行裝修工程，以保障股東報到動線順暢，且避免非股東人士強行進入會場，擾亂會議秩序。

三陽表示，此次裝修工程業已取得主管機關即台北市政府都市發展局之核可。就消防措施部份，亦已依台北市政府消防局之指示，進行改善，故與會股東之安全保障確屬無虞。
