1台MINI賣3人　女1天騙得15萬

高雄市一名朱姓女子(26歲)去年2月初，先與高雄一名陳姓男子約定以112萬元價格，將一輛MINI COOPER汽車賣給陳，並收下10萬元訂金。但同年2月5日，朱女又將車開往台中市北屯區一家汽車廣場，詐稱委託賣車，雙方最後以96萬元成交，汽車廣場交付5萬元訂金後，朱女先交出身分證本、汽車行照正本，但稱車子要辦銀行清償證明，把車開走。
 
同日朱女又將車子開往台中市大里一家汽車公司，誆稱要賣車，又與對方約定以110萬元成交，汽車公司交付10萬元訂金，朱女再交出汽車備用鑰匙、海關完稅影本後，誆稱要結清銀行貸款，又把車開走。隔天，朱女將車交給第一位要買車的陳男，並辦理過戶登記，台中市2家汽車公司無法聯繫上朱女，始知受騙上當。
 
去年4月11日，朱女又用同樣手法在網路上與陳男約定，以68萬元出售一輛ELANTRA 汽車給陳，卻在收取8萬元訂金後，下落不明。朱女到案坦承詐騙，台中地檢署依詐欺罪將朱女提起公訴，朱女最高可判5年有期徒刑。(鄧玉瑩／台中報導)
