【動新聞】狼撿屍　付50萬和解金仍送辦

李姓男子（24歲）今年初在夜店，把1名喝醉女子（24歲）撿屍帶回家性侵得逞，被害人報警後，李男找人遊說，雙方最後以50萬達成和解，女子竟因此翻供向警方表示「誤會一場」，想要撤告。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，李男今年2月7日，在夜店見1名女子喝得醉醺醺，假意送女子回家，但最後卻是帶回自己家中，被害女子嘴巴遭塞生殖器後驚醒逃出隨後報警，李男挨告後急找人遊說，雙方和解後女子翻供，向警方稱「誤會一場」，想要撤告。警方強調性侵屬公訴罪，無法撤回，日前仍依妨害性自主罪嫌將李男函送法辦。（胡治言／綜合報導）
