防災婦宣15年 對岸邀她授課

北市消防局第一救災救護大隊莒光婦宣分隊副分隊長許陳免，15年前第一個報名加入當時首支婦宣隊，把「消防平安送到家」，新北市火災件數減少9成，成為對岸大陸取經的對象，許陳免更成為講師傳授經驗。

「從家人反對到支持」，許陳免投身婦宣志工，一路走來，樂在其中，與其他婦女志工發揮無形影響力，去年11月榮獲象徵全國志工最高譽的「金駝獎」。

第一大隊大隊長程昌興，1998年任職消防局預防科員時，負責防火宣導業務，推動成立全台首支婦女防火宣導隊，預防先於搶救，新北市從15年前一年2200多件火災，減少到目前200件。

幼教工作退休的許陳免說，當年程大隊長召募婦宣志工前一天，她正好遇到住家樓下發生火災冒煙，她緊張得連避難都不懂，看到婦宣隊招募，她第一個報名加入。

許陳免投身防火宣導工作，不遺餘力，2011年赴大陸廈門參加首屆兩岸消防論壇，代表婦宣隊分享新北市經驗。5天期間當地電視新聞不斷報導，讓她感到無比榮耀。

「預防是最好的投資」。去年大陸來函，請許陳免前往授課培訓志工，引進新北經驗，成立婦宣隊，當地人民學習精神，也讓許陳免相當感動，傾囊相授，也把台灣婦女精神宣傳出去。
