陪睡1次抵5千！女向男借15萬　嘿咻2次就蒸發

一名在竹科工作的男子，日前透過朋友介紹，結識一名家住苗栗縣的妙齡女子。男子不但常以專車接送對方上下班，因此打動對方芳心而交往。之後女方因償還家中房貸，接受男子金援15萬，雙方約定陪睡一次抵5千元；不料僅發生2次性關係後，女方就避不見面，男方怒控詐欺，女方自認早已還清，但警方仍依詐欺罪函送。

該名41歲的竹科工程師，碩士畢業後就到竹科某電子公司任職，但工作多年都沒交女友，直到去年6月，在一場飯局中透過友人介紹，認識了23歲的女子，男方對她一見傾心，隨即展開熱烈追求。男子不但常送女方衣物、包包等禮物，有空時也會接送對方上下班，女方深受感動而同意和男子成為男女朋友。

2人交往之後，女方常以家人生病、家裡負債、償還房貸為由，陸續向男方拿錢，前後拿了約15萬元。根據《自由時報》報導，事後雙方協議每次2人發生性關係，可抵消5千元；只不過2人僅嘿咻2次，女方開始疏遠，甚至避不見面。

男方不滿對方行徑，憤而報警怒控對方詐欺；女方到案時堅稱，已和男子發生至少近60次性關係，早就「超值」，欠款早已還清，不願再和對方有任何糾葛；但男方有出示當時女方簽下的本票，警方訊後仍依詐欺罪將女子函送法辦。
