她當老闆 痛心員工忘關冷氣

伊林娛樂名模小蠻升格當老闆娘，投資50萬和朋友在東區合開服飾店，她說朋友的店已經經營兩年，３個月前她決定入股，笑說當老闆後才發現員工訓練有多重要，「現在年輕人抗壓性真的很低，講個兩句就不做。」她也自認是個嚴格的老闆，「我其實很凶，不會好聲好氣，該罵我就會罵」，頗有老闆架式。

小蠻說，有些員工的行為讓她很傻眼：「有次我早上去開店，一開發現店裡面涼涼的，才發現員工昨晚下班沒關冷氣！」她心痛說，一晚電費就不知要多少，賺的錢要拿來應付這些無謂開銷，開美甲店的錢帥君則傳授老闆經，「我店裡員工就滿自愛的，遲到什麼的就自己罰錢，我也沒硬性規定，但他們就會自發性這樣做。」小蠻聽了很贊同：「說的也是，出包就扣錢，這招應該有效。」
