上星期一才入手的one touch hero，昨天晚上在下載一個動態桌布的途中突然轉變成開機畫面。試著重開機幾次都是如此。今天早上更絕連畫面都沒有了。對此品牌的手機非常失望，才剛用一星期左右就故障的這麼嚴重？機子是否本身軟體有問題？我舊的sony手機用二年了都不曾這樣！想請問一下這種情形是手機本身的問題還是我下載的桌布有毒（但當時並未下載完成）？此外手機是續約（中華電信）上星期一才拿到的，可否更換新機或只能維修？
