【動新聞】少女玩互換裸照　色男散布威脅

台中市一名17歲少女應男網友要求「我們來互相交換裸照」，自拍裸照傳給對方。不料對方是色狼，要脅少女重拍有臉部淫浪表情的裸照被拒，即散布少女之前的裸照。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，判決書指出，被告吳姓男子（34歲）在網路認識17歲少女，兩人多次聊天後，即對少女說：「我們來互相交換裸照。」少女不疑，就自拍15張裸露胸部和下體的照片傳給吳男。不料隔天吳男和少女掛上線，竟語帶威脅說：「妳都沒看鏡頭，要重拍再寄。」催促少女：「快點重拍搭配舒服表情。」少女拒絕回應吳男要求，吳竟威脅：「妳不聽我的話，到時妳要跟妳家人解釋照片。」少女告訴家人報警。此案一審法院依違反《兒童及少年性交易防制條例》罪判色男3年4月徒刑；台南高分院日前維持原判。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
