修樹民眾意見多 北市公園處為難

台北市行道樹、公園樹木多，因緊鄰工作和居住區域，出現形形色色問題。市府1999市民當家熱線常接到各類申請案，如影響住家風水，或果實引來太多小鳥，要求移樹或修樹。

北市府公園處表示，全國各縣市，北市樹木「算比較密集的」，每隔三、五步就有一棵樹木，甚至比鄉間還多。

也因樹木多，引發不少爭議。市府公園處表示，有民眾向1999投訴，店面前方樹木太過茂密，要求擋到招牌的枝葉都要修掉。

公園處人員到場勘察發現，若依民眾要求修剪，「那棵樹只剩半顆」，最後不同意民眾要求，只有小幅度修樹木枝葉。

也有民眾在公園座椅休憩時，覺得樹上停駐太多小鳥，叫聲實在太吵，要求市府公園處到場「趕小鳥」。公園處人員與民眾溝通，趕小鳥終非長久之計，決定將椅子移開樹下。

公園處表示，1999幾乎每天都會接到修剪樹木申請案，原因相當多，包含樹木影響風水等。但除非樹木生長狀況已影響安全、破壞生活，才會接受大幅整修。

此外，各區鄰里公園，由里長協助管理，區公所會定期修繕樹枝，避免掉落砸傷人。防汛期前也會修剪，卻常遭里長勸阻，抱怨無法遮蔭。

萬華區公所表示，樹木未定時修剪，長得太過茂密，颱風吹落枝葉後砸傷人、車，常引發賠償等爭議，在安全和遮蔭之間，常要和民眾溝通許久，真的很為難。
