埔里樂齡生日會　銀髮老人歡聚齊慶生

南投縣埔里鎮老人會今天舉辦樂齡生日會活動，吸引老人齊聚一堂同歡慶生，埔里鎮衛生所向銀髮長者進行健康教育宣導，利用提問的方式，讓老人有獎徵答，現場氣氛相當熱絡。

埔里鎮衛生所廖姓護理師用輕鬆活潑的方式，和台下老人對談，告訴他們正確適量的飲食習慣，能促進身體健康，提醒他們多吃蔬果，少吃肥肉，若面對更年期困擾也應適時對外求助等健康觀念，讓自己越活越健康。

埔里鎮老人會理事長林雪芬說，民眾鼓勵家中老人多參加老人會等社團，讓他們走出戶外，與年齡相仿的老人一起談天，或進行各項休閒活動，對他們的身心健康很有幫助，也能讓他們越老越快樂。
