消費稅調漲 日本消費信心重挫

（中央社台北2014年4月17日電）日本3月消費者信心指數下跌至2011年8月以來最低水準，這項指數本月可能繼續重挫，因為4月1日起提高消費稅讓公眾支出能力元氣大傷。

內閣府今天公布的數據顯示，指數從2月的38.5下滑到37.5。

首相安倍晉三（Shinzo Abe）將冒著社會大眾對他維持這個世界第3大經濟體成長作法失望的風險，因為物價開始上漲，薪資卻停滯不前。

信心下滑可能促使日本經濟更難從預測本季將萎縮中反彈，並且提高日本中央銀行加碼已史無前例的寬鬆政策可能性。

高盛集團（Goldman Sachs Group Inc.）經濟師馬場直彥（Naohiko Baba）和田中由利子（YurikoTanaka）在這項指數公布前的1封電子郵件報告中說：「消費信心由於物價上漲而受到非常大的損害。我們預期從4月起，消費信心將大幅下滑，因為增稅促使通貨膨脹升溫。」（譯者：中央社簡長盛）
