江揆：學運「具里程碑作用」

行政院長江宜樺今天與媒體記者茶敘，首度公開談及他對此次反服貿學運的看法表示，「當然有影響、具里程碑作用」。

江宜樺說，此次學運與過往最大的不同，就是在表現形式方面，年輕人高度使用了通信科技，利用網路聯結，串連不認識的人。

他說，以往在學校教書時，就已在討網路改變民主政治風貌的可能，例如電子投票、公民會議等；不過談歸談、卻一直沒發生，此次反而是影響了街頭運動。其次是群眾佔領了立法院、行政院等政府機關，是過去所沒有的。

江宜樺表示，這兩個特點，都迫使政府須更加重視新媒體，「這是過去政府沒付出足夠注意力的地方」，他已要求，須大幅加強新媒體的溝通、蒐集意見與宣導能量。
