開平餐飲生掌廚 銀髮食堂呷健康

鄰近開平餐飲學校的瑞安老人活動據點，為北市50處共餐據點之一。據點主任游菊英說，爺爺奶奶每周二、三中午吃的食物，都由開平師生烹煮，學生也輪流陪長輩吃飯，還有人會變魔術、表演才藝，作為飯後娛樂。

為讓更多長者可到住家附近，與朋友共享午餐，社會局除補助每年最多60萬餐費、行政費，也鼓勵各社區提出活動據點改造計畫，營造舒適的老人食堂，市府希望逐步推廣至一里一處。

北市社會局長王浩昨天至大安區瑞安老人活動據點，與長者一起吃午餐，了解菜色、用餐狀況。他表示，所有餐點都由營養師計算熱量，長輩可吃到蔬果、五穀米，健康又美味。

社會局老福科股長黃薏蓉說，瑞安老人據點每周供餐2次，平均有50名長者參與，平時也開設打鼓、養生講座等課程，費用皆由社會局補助，老人家不須負擔任何餐費、學費。

91歲朱伯伯時常到據點吃午餐，他說，自己在家吃飯太無聊，能和朋友聊天、到戶外走走，食欲更好，什麼東西都變好吃。
