彰化／藍營縣長初選 30日起民調

國民黨彰化縣黨部昨天邀參選下屆縣長的5名黨籍參選人協調，一致同意4月30日到5月2日，一連3天晚上的6點到9點30分辦理電話民調，民調最高者由縣黨部提報中央公告提名參選下屆縣長。

昨天副縣長柯呈枋委託縣政府機要秘書陳治明代理發言，縣長卓伯源到場關心，其餘4名參選人立委林滄敏、縣府勞工處前處長黃君韜、國民黨前中常委蔡志弘、溪湖鎮長陳文漢都到場。

過半數參選人支持採電話民調，陳治明提議說，如果民調結果在3%誤差範圍內，民調數字最接近的參選人應重做民調，但林滄敏、黃君韜反對，因此仍決定，由民調最高者代表國民黨參選下屆彰化縣長。

謝柏意徵得5名參選人同意，4月30日到5月2日連3天晚上的6點到9點30分辦理電話民調。國民黨下屆縣長黨內初選電話民調日期拍板定案，隨即傳出綠營動員支持者左右選情，民進黨提名縣長參選人魏明谷否認搞小動作。

魏明谷說，林滄敏、柯呈枋陣營都有選民表態，對方出線就會倒戈暗助民進黨，他深知國民黨善長組織戰，無論誰出線，他都要面臨苦戰，將全力以赴。
