呼你死！　持菜刀砍傷人被起訴

新北市31歲黃姓男子，毒品前科累累，陸續被基隆地院判處有期徒刑1年1月、10月及1年4月等6次刑期確定，接續執行完畢，去年4月才假釋出獄，黃男疑因長期吸毒，個性丕變，想起曾遭葉姓男子毆打，心生不滿，持菜刀及未開鋒的武士刀，前往葉家叫門，葉男不知情開門，黃男叫嚷「呼你死！」持菜刀往葉男正面砍了7、8刀，還好被幾位鄰居攔阻，奪下刀械，葉男前胸、左上臂多處撕裂傷，全案偵結，檢方依殺人未遂罪嫌提起公訴。(蔡進男／基隆報導)
