假結婚入境陸男 台中落網歸案

大陸一名何姓男子，91年利用與國人在福建辦理假結婚後申請入臺，之後在被起訴後逃亡，移民署會同警方經過長期跟監佈線，在臺中市西區將何男緝獲歸案。

移民署專勤事務大隊指出，何男逃亡期間交友廣闊，他特別喜歡喝金門高梁酒，每當邀集友人聚會前，總會前往鄰近超商偷竊，得手之後再與友人夜夜笙歌飲酒狂歡。

移民署會同臺中市警方，長期佈線跟監掌握何男落腳處後，持法院核發的搜索票前往搜索，當場起出犯罪時所穿衣服，金門高梁酒等犯罪證據，除將何男解送發布通緝地方法院歸案外，也將何男所犯竊盜行為移送臺中地方法院檢察署偵辦‧
