陳為廷場外嗆聲張慶忠 遭員警架離

陳為廷要張慶忠簽承諾書，遭員警架走。
國民黨立委張慶忠今天中午在議場外走廊受訪，學生代表陳為廷忽然出聲大喊要他出面簽署兩岸協議監督機制承諾書，陳為廷正要走向張慶忠時，突然遭到議場外員警攔阻，兩名員警將他架離，陳為廷邊遭驅趕，一邊仍大喊，「張慶忠不要不顧民意，執行馬意」，「先立法、再審查」等。

陳為廷多名員警強勢架入議場內，腳上鞋子還掉了一隻。他對記者說，張慶忠今天排審服貿，根本是打了五十萬人民一巴掌，他說如果他有誠意要和學生談，應該先簽署立專法承諾書，「只要張慶忠願意簽屬承諾書 ，學生就願意邀請他進入議場對談」。

不過張慶忠隨後表示，當時不知道那名嗆聲的人是陳為廷，如果學生邀請，他也樂意進入議場與學生對談。但是因為明天行政院會送來陸委會提案的兩岸協議監督條例，已經是國民黨整體具體的善意表示。

至於對陳為廷的印象，張慶忠說他只在電視上看過他，沒見過本人，就算當時他拿鞋子丟苗栗縣長劉政鴻，他也僅看到鞋子，沒看到陳為廷，所以剛剛才沒認出他來。
