戶外教育 民間團體盼增加

（中央社記者陳至中台北2014年4月2日電）由民間團體組成的「優質戶外教育推動聯盟」今天呼籲，中小學生現在9成以上時間待在教室裡，應大幅增加戶外教育時間，每學科每學期至少都要有一次。

主婦聯盟環境保護基金會、荒野保護協會、中華民國童軍總會等多個民間團體，組成「優質戶外教育推動聯盟」，今天在台北市召開記者會，聯合向政府呼籲，正視學生長期被「關」在教室內的現況。

聯盟認為，現在中小學一年只舉辦一次戶外教育，實在太少，應該每學科、每學期都至少舉辦一次。另外，各教育階段12、15、18歲，都應辦理一次4天3夜以上的過夜型戶外教育課程。

聯盟認為戶外教育可以向大地學謙卑、與萬物交朋友、讓知識走出書本、讓能力走進生活。他們呼籲教育部設立推動小組，規劃相關政策。

教育部國民及學前教育署科長林祝里表示，教育部正發展優質戶外教育模式，整合農委會、林務局、經濟部等單位，提供更多資源。
