發燒、咳嗽 恙蟲病似感冒

（優活健康網記者談雍雍／綜合報導）本周就是清明掃墓連假，花蓮慈濟醫院感染科王立信醫師提醒民眾，由於春夏之際正值野外恙蟲肆虐時期，一旦被恙蟲叮咬後，病狀大部分是發燒、肌肉痠痛、咳嗽，往往被民眾誤以為是感冒，忽略就醫，有可能造成死亡，應多加留意。

民眾在掃墓祭祖，容易接觸到恙螨孳生的草叢環境，增加感染風險。王立信醫師表示，恙蟎常在隱密處的柔軟皮膚叮咬，如鼠蹊部、陰部、會陰部、腋下、頭髮與肚臍附近，叮咬部位周圍泛紅，潛伏期約為9至12天，仔細找尋可能超過9成患者都可以發現焦痂外，患者常伴隨有高燒、頭痛、出汗、結膜充血和淋巴腺發炎、腫大等症狀，因為與一般感冒相似，因此常被忽略。

長袖衣褲護全身

清明到郊外掃墓，呼籲民眾落實「自我保護」措施，如需進入草叢穿著長袖衣褲、長靴及手套等保護性衣物避免皮膚暴露，塗抹經衛生署核可的驅蟲劑，避免恙蟲叮咬，離開草叢後儘快沐浴，並換洗全部衣物，可減少感染的機會。
