京站3周年慶 獎太大挨罰5萬

百貨公司為了刺激買氣，偶爾都會祭出超級大獎。但小心抽獎獎額過當也為被罰！公平會委員會今日決議通過，京站百貨舉辦三周年慶抽獎活動，其最大獎項「京站幸福宅免費住10年＋現代汽車」獎額過當，以利誘方法，有限制競爭或妨礙公平競爭之虞，因此處新台幣5萬元罰鍰。

公平會表示，京站百貨此抽獎活動最大獎項獎額價值顯然過當，且該公司並非以品質、價格及服務爭取顧客，而是利用顧客的暴利心理，以利益影響顧客對商品或服務的選擇，從而誘使顧客與自己交易，並可藉由高額贈品贈獎促銷行為，意圖將競爭者逐出市場，或者是阻礙潛在競爭者進入市場，影響市場競爭。

此外，今日公平會也針對台灣櫻花公司限制經銷商轉售櫻花牌熱水器等產品之價格，已經剝奪下游業者自由決定價格能力，處新台幣100萬元罰鍰。另，雅適國際公司同樣也是限制經銷商轉售莊頭北熱水器等產品之價格，而遭處新台幣10萬元罰鍰。
