不給走 燒炭男熊抱友人判7年

台南市男子徐銘澤，4年前離婚後，想燒炭自殺尋短，傳簡訊向高姓女友人訴苦，高女聞訊後，立即到場陪徐，與徐一同喝酒苦勸，徐男趁高女喝醉之際，點燃炭火，熊抱高女不讓她離去，所幸鄰居聞到煙味報警，高女被救出時臀部已被燒焦。最高法院審理後，依殺人未遂判徐男7年徒刑定讞。

判決指出，家住台南的28歲男子徐銘澤，民國99年11月底的晚上，因與妻子離婚後，心情不佳，決定燒炭自殺，過程中，徐用手機傳簡訊向高姓女友人訴苦，高女得知後立即前往救人，力勸徐男不要想不開。

為了化解徐男尋短念頭，高女陪徐男喝酒，結果喝了7個多小時後，因不勝酒力而醉倒，徐男再次萌生燒炭自殺的想法，點燃木炭，結果高女被濃煙嗆醒，起身想要離開時，徐男熊抱她說，「讓我抱一次，否則沒機會了」。
